Job summary

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team at Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH. This full-time role focuses on helping residents improve independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.

You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, support self-care and upper-extremity function, document care, and collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing staff to achieve functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, balance, and upper extremity function
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use to support safety and independence
• Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
