Post Rehab in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.

This full-time role provides opportunities to work closely with residents on independence, mobility, and daily activities. Responsibilities include assisting with therapy under OT supervision, documenting progress, and collaborating with the rehab team to optimize functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, coordination, balance, and upper extremity function
