Job summary

Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled therapy team in a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care environment in Rutland, VT.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful geriatric care. Prior SNF/LTC experience is preferred but not required, and a Vermont COTA license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current Vermont COTA license required.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the OT.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve residents' independence and quality of life.
• Accurately document treatments and progress notes.
