Job summary

Revolution Wellness and Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary outpatient clinic serving adults 62 and older. Flexible hours and potential to follow a patient through their full plan of care.

The COTA will implement evidence-based interventions under an OT plan of care, collaborating with a broader team to grow the caseload in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications

• Washington state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program (associate level).
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to implement evidence-based plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, functional problem-solving to address barriers to independence.
• Flexible, self-directed with initiative to grow the caseload.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Job description

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary outpatient therapy clinic serving adults 62 years and older.

The position has flexible hours and the ability to follow a patient through their full plan of care. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing the OT caseload in a sustainable manner. The COTA is responsible for carrying out appropriate interventions for a patient's physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning using evidence-based practices. A COTA practices under the plan of care established by an Occupational Therapist.

Schedule

Flexible, although the clinic generally operates Monday-Friday, closed on holidays.

Skills

• Current Washington state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited associate level OTA program
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to carry out individualized, functional treatment plans.
