Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our outpatient team in a casual capacity. You will provide 1:1 geriatric therapy, using a wide range of therapeutic skills to support independent, evidence-based care.

This role emphasizes building strong patient relationships and delivering personalized treatment plans. Requirements include a current COTA license in good standing, CPR certification (provided if needed), and a valid driver's license.

Practice with more independence and autonomy than in traditional roles. Utilize a wide range of therapeutic skills to meet diverse therapy needs. Develop deeper relationships providing 1:1 therapeutic care in an outpatient setting; delivering effective, evidenced-based clinical practice with a focus on the geriatric population. This provides our clinicians with the opportunity to have a one-on-one experience with each patient, producing more effective treatment programs and delivering the exceptional care each patient deserves.
