Job summary

Revolution Wellness and Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary outpatient clinic serving adults 62 and older. Flexible hours and potential to follow a patient through their full plan of care.

The COTA will implement evidence-based interventions under an OT plan of care, collaborating with a broader team to grow the caseload in a sustainable manner.

Qualifications

• Washington state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program (associate level).
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to implement evidence-based plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, functional problem-solving to address barriers to independence.
• Flexible, self-directed with initiative to grow the caseload.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interventions for physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning under OT plans of care.
• Apply evidence-based practices and support interdisciplinary care.
• Follow the plan of care established by an Occupational Therapist.
