Job summary

Revolution Wellness and Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic serving adults 62 and older. You will evaluate patients and implement interventions for physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning, following each plan of care through its entirety.

The schedule is flexible with a Monday–Friday framework, and there is potential to grow the OT caseload based on community needs and caseload demand. Washington licensure and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Washington state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to develop individualized, functional treatment plans.
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and address barriers to independence.
• Flexible, adaptable, self-directed, with initiative to grow the OT caseload.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Job description

We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary outpatient therapy clinic serving adults 62 years and older.

The position has flexible hours and the ability to follow a patient through their full plan of care. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing the OT caseload in a sustainable manner. The OT is responsible for the evaluation of each patient and carrying out appropriate interventions for their physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning using evidence-based practices and assessments.

Schedule

Flexible, although the clinic generally operates Monday-Friday, closed on holidays.

Wage

$40.00-$50.00/hour depending on experience with increase in salary possible based on caseload growth

Skills:
