InHome Therapy is hiring home health COTAs to serve adults and seniors in the South of Chicago, IL. Flexible scheduling plus consistent patient volume help you own your day and plan care around patients in their homes.

We provide mileage reimbursement, a tablet and data plan, paid training, mentorship, and strong clinical/admin support. The role offers leadership growth and a clear path for career advancement, with visit rates ranging from $39-$45 per visit.

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
