Job summary

InHome Therapy in the Aurora area is hiring full-time home health COTAs to serve adults and geriatric patients in their homes with compassionate, patient-centered care.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
