InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated COTA to deliver high-quality home health occupational therapy to adults and seniors in the Aurora area. You will manage a consistent caseload, own your schedule, and receive tools to minimize windshield time while earning per-visit compensation.

This full-time role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

The visit rate for this role ranges from $35 - $45 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
