Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a dedicated COTA to deliver home health occupational therapy in Highland Park, IL. You will work with adults and seniors, helping them regain independence and improve daily functioning in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Basic comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).

• IHT COTA Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The visit rate for this role ranges from $35 - $45 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
