Job summary

InHome Therapy in Chicago, IL is seeking home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to deliver in-home therapy to adults and seniors with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

You'll work under supervision of an OT, providing high-quality care, thorough documentation, and opportunities for growth and mentorship. The role offers paid training, equipment, and a supportive team; compensation is per-visit with benefits vary by status.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
