InHome Therapy is hiring home health Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) in and around Highland Park, IL to serve adult and geriatric patients. We offer flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and autonomy over your day.

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
