Mercy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support an Occupational Therapist in delivering individualized care across all ages. You will assist with initial assessments, document progress, and administer treatment modalities per established policies.

Role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate charting, and collaboration with the care team. BLS certification is required; licensure eligibility in the state is needed.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• One year experience preferred but will consider new graduates.
• BLS certification required and must be current.

Mansioni

• Assist with initial assessments under OT supervision.
• Document the course of patient care including progress notes.
• Administer appropriate modalities and exercise regimes according to policy.
• Maintain progress notes and departmental records for each patient.
