Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Fayetteville, AR is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for flexible part-time or full-time opportunities. We support 1:1 resident care in a luxury Independent and Assisted Living setting, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation and a work-life balance that respects your lifestyle.

Active state licensure is required or eligible; outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care to residents in a luxury Independent/Assisted Living community.
• Assist residents with rehabilitation activities and functional goals.
