Job summary

H2 Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents at Meadowview of Fayetteville in Fayetteville, AR. You’ll help seniors maintain independence and quality of life through goal‑driven interventions and collaborate with home health partners to ensure seamless transitions.

Prior OT experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome. An active or eligible state OT license is required, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for clinical mentorship within H2's
