Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 outpatient care in a luxury senior living community. Work is available part-time (10-15+ visits/week) or full-time (35+ visits/week) with a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is a plus, but passion for patient care is valued.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
