Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Prime Living team in Paris, TN. This part-time role (15+ visits/week) offers growth to full-time with a flexible schedule.

You’ll work independently and with a team to support patients’ functional goals in an outpatient setting. Graduate of an accredited OTA program with active or eligible state licensure is required; outpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services in outpatient settings.
