Job summary

H2 Health in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Prime Living team. The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As part of a clinician-led organization, you will work with patients to address their functional needs independently or in collaboration with a team. Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited program and must hold an active state license.

• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
