Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living – Sebastian, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality, one-to-one rehabilitation for residents in our luxury Assisted Living & Memory Care setting. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited COTA program, active or eligible for state licensure, and able to work in a flexible schedule that may include part-time shifts.

Outpatient experience is preferred but not required, and we offer strong professional growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to residents in Assisted Living & Memory Care.
• Deliver outpatient-style rehabilitation in a luxury setting; collaborate with care teams.
