Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their highest level of independence and function. At Occupational Therapy Plus Inc, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and expertise are valued.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing IEP Plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with IEP team members
• Instruct teachers and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to IEP planning
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in Activity Analysis
• Knowledge of sensory programming activities
• Ability to perform fine-motor and visual-motor activities
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with adaptive equipment and school-based therapy
• Knowledge of IEP programming
• Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to implement therapeutic interventions
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• Minimum Salary: 24.00/hour
• Maximum Salary: $28-30/hour, based on experience
