The COTA will work under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists to provide rehabilitation services to patients experiencing physical, mental, emotional, or developmental challenges. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist occupational therapists in evaluating patients' functional abilities and limitations

- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapy goals

- Conduct therapeutic activities to improve patients' fine motor skills, coordination, flexibility, and strength

- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote independence and wellness

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
