Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in protocols of screening to optimize physical abilities and skills of patients in facilities.
2. Implement treatment plans for all assigned patients.
3. Deliver treatment to achieve objectives according to established plans.
4. Accurately document patient progress and communicate with patients and their families about needs and status.
5. Enhance clinical, professional, and management skills through interaction with staff and ongoing education.
6. Maintain licensure and certifications; participate in self-study and continuing education activities.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, payroll, and record updates; contribute to facility rehab goals.
8. Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols; promote interdisciplinary care and team collaboration.

Education and Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program for Occupational Therapy.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
