The Palms at Venice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team in Venice, FL. This full-time/part-time role delivers resident-centered occupational therapy services under OT supervision.

Responsibilities include providing skilled OT treatments, helping residents improve ADLs and mobility, documenting progress, and collaborating with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Current Florida COTA license (required).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while following OT supervision guidelines.
• Commitment to quality resident care and rehabilitation outcomes.

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
