Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role provides skilled OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT to support resident recovery and independence.

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT
• Assist residents with improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional mobility
• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress
