Job summary

Willow Terrace in Philadelphia is hiring a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides skilled treatment to improve function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, assisting with ADLs and therapeutic exercise, monitoring response, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the care

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
