Job summary

Premier Healthcare LLC via Willow Terrace is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-time role to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities.

The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled treatment services, monitor progress, and document outcomes in a collaborative, resident-centered care setting.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
