Phoenix of Maple Heights is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our geriatric therapy team in Maple Heights, Ohio. You will work under supervision to provide resident-centered OT services in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting.
