Phoenix Health Services at Phoenix of Maple Heights is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team in Maple Heights, Ohio. The role provides flexible scheduling and a supportive interdisciplinary environment, with supervision by licensed OT.

Formación

• Active Ohio COTA license.
• License in good standing with applicable licensing boards.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions under OT supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and functional activities.
• Implement treatment plans under the direction of the supervising OT.
• Monitor and report resident progress and response to treatment.
• Educate residents, families and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
