Job summary

Gardens of Euclid Beach in Cleveland, OH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide skilled OT services under supervision, helping residents maintain independence in a compassionate SNF/LTC setting.

We offer flexible PRN hours, competitive compensation, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, and Ohio COTA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio COTA license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but transferable clinical experience welcomed.
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' independence and quality of life.
• Work with a diverse geriatric population in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health.
• Communicate changes in resident status and progress to the supervising OT and care team.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Gardens of Euclid Beach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Cleveland, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible PRN hours while working alongside an experienced and supportive therapy team in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' independence and quality of life
