What You'll Do as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:

• Implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with licensed Occupational Therapists.
• Lead patients through meaningful therapeutic activities and mobility exercises.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive tools and home care strategies.
• Work side-by-side with PTs, nurses, physicians, and speech therapists to ensure whole-person care.
• Assist with patient assessments and participate in quality care initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

• Graduation from an AOTA or ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• A valid COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and a heartfelt desire to help others.
