Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs across Texas.

This role emphasizes helping children build independence and daily functioning within a supportive, clinician-led team. Flexible schedules, mentorship, and growth opportunities are offered to make a lasting impact on families.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Home health experience
