Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs in Sherman, TX and surrounding areas. Compensation includes a pay range of $57,200–$114,000 annually and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on helping children build independence, daily functioning, and overall development within a supportive, mission-driven team while offering flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carry-over in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
