Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home OT services to children and young adults with developmental and functional needs in the San Antonio area.

You will implement OT treatment plans under supervision, help improve ADLs and fine motor skills, educate families for carryover, document progress in an EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer full- and part-time roles with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising
