Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Longview, TX is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. You will assess, treat, and monitor progress, helping kids build independence and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
