Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services across Texas, including Austin-area communities. The role emphasizes building independence, improving daily functioning, and supporting families within a clinician-led, mission-driven team.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), clinician mentorship, CEU/license reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
  
  

Preferred

• At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Home health experience
