Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success and adapt therapy strategies accordingly.
Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Facilitate a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for students requiring occupational therapy.
Relevant accredited degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school setting.
Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices and relevant therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and students.
Ability to work standard daytime hours.
Successful completion of background check and health screening.
Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to school environments.
CPR certification preferred.
