Qualifications

• College diploma (A.A. or higher) or transcripts with 60+ credits.
• Valid license issued by Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners as OTA/L
• Valid driver's license
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Social Security Card
• Minimum 1 year experience as Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Must obtain and maintain all required licenses and clearances
• Reliable transportation
• Must meet standard facility requirements
• Background checks required
• Physical demands include mobility and prolonged standing
