Collaborate with school staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students requiring occupational therapy services
Provide direct occupational therapy assessments and interventions to students in need
Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
Participate in team meetings to coordinate care and educational goals
Advocate for student needs to promote optimal developmental and educational outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent degree/license
Valid OT license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting
Strong understanding of school-based therapy protocols and documentation
Resume and valid license required
Ability to work days, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week
Must have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
Physical ability to perform occupational therapy services within a school environment
