Job summary

Ultimatetherapyllc is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake team in Lutherville-Timonium, MD. This full-time position provides hands-on therapy to residents to improve daily function, safety, and independence.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT, assist with ADLs, and support progress through individualized treatment plans. A Maryland OTA license is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, balance, and functional tasks.
