Job summary

Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek in Frederick, MD is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This full-time role provides hands-on therapy to residents under supervision of a licensed OT, focusing on building strength and independence.

You will ADL support, implement treatment plans, document progress, collaborate with nurses and rehab staff, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduate COTAs welcome to apply.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Ballenger Creek. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents as they build strength, improve daily function, and work toward greater independence.
