Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake in Lutherville-Timonium, MD is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role. You will provide hands-on therapy to residents to improve daily function, safety, and independence, under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, implementing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes. A Maryland OTA license is required; new graduates are welcome to apply.

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands‑on therapy while helping residents improve daily function, safety, and independence.

What You'll Do
