Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time and PRN role supports the OT in treatment plans and patient progress, with a focus on helping residents regain independence.

Responsibilities include documenting sessions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining a safe therapy environment while adhering to regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Must hold a Tennessee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
