Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Autumn Lake at Riverview in Essex, MD to support residents under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will help residents practice self-care, fine motor skills, and daily routines, record progress, and collaborate with the care team to achieve individual goals.

New graduates are welcome; Maryland COTA licensure is required.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a COTA at Autumn Lake at Riverview. You'll help residents practice the everyday skills they need to feel more confident and independent, working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

What You'll Do

• Record progress and share observations with the OT
• Collaborate with the care team to support each resident's goals
