Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Crofton. This full-time role offers hourly pay in the $33–$38 range with benefits and a supportive leadership structure.

As part of the rehab team, you will implement treatment under a supervising OT, help residents with self-care tasks, document progress, and collaborate with care staff to support recovery goals across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
