Job summary

Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Crofton is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team in a full-time position.

You will provide treatment under plans developed by a supervising OT, help residents practice self-care tasks and use adaptive strategies, and observe progress while coordinating with the care team to support recovery. Salary ranges from $33.00 to $38.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland COTA license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a COTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Crofton. You'll help residents turn therapy goals into everyday progress by practicing the activities and routines that matter most to them.
