Job summary

Total Rehab Kids is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Mission, Texas. Under the supervision of an OT, you will help patients improve daily living skills, independence, and quality of life through hands-on, individualized plans.

You will implement plans, guide activities, document progress, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current license/registration by the state of Texas as a COTA.
• Bilingual capability.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent Customer Service and Support skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients improve their daily living skills, functional independence, and overall quality of life.

This is a hands‑on clinical position where you’ll implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic activities, and support patients in regaining independence. You’ll play a key role in motivating patients, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and the care team to ensure the best outcomes.
