Job summary

Exceptional Pediatric Therapy LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric team. You will collaborate with licensed OTs to support children’s development in a warm, family-centered setting.

The role focuses on implementing therapy plans for fine motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills, documenting progress, and coordinating with parents, teachers, and care teams.

Qualifications

  • Active COTA licensure in Texas (required).
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current NBCOT certification in good standing.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric occupational therapy.
  • Knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor development, and ADL training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a child-centered approach.

About the Role:

Exceptional Pediatric Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in Houston, TX!   • Maintain a safe, organized, and child-friendly therapy environment
