Rehab at Home seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver patient-centered home care under an experienced Occupational Therapist. The role emphasizes pediatric care with growth opportunities and close collaboration with supervising clinicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an associate's degree or higher from an accredited program certified by the AOTA or ACOTE.
• State of Texas License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient treatment directed by the supervising OTR, including pediatric and geriatric patients as applicable.
• Follow goals set by supervising OTR and implement treatment plans.
• Support and mentor patients to improve functional outcomes in home care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient treatment directed by the respective OTR, which includes:

• Mostly pediatrics including some geriatric patients
• Follow goals set by supervising OTR.
• Provide a treatment plan set in place by supervising OTR.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate of an associate's degree or higher from an accredited program certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE)
• State of Texas License as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
