Work with licensed therapists to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate with nursing and care staff.

Qualifications

• Florida COTA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, and daily activities.

Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour

• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
